其中`/usr/lib/rpm/anolis/anolis-hardened-cc1`和`/usr/lib/rpm/anolis/anolis-annobin-cc1`属于`system-rpm-config`包。由于postgresql-server-devel包没有产生对该包的依赖，将使得基于postgresql-server的包无法编译，会报错，见如下bug：
