基于 RISC-V 架构的 oeAware 框架移植

  （3）存在的不足：当前 oeAware 不支持 RISC-V 架构，限制了其在 RISC-V 生态中的应用。
  （4）希望改进的点：完成 oeAware 在 RISC-V 架构下的代码适配、依赖库移植及功能验证。

Porting of the oeAware Framework Based on the RISC-V Architecture

- Project Description:
(1) Relevant Background: The RISC-V architecture, with its characteristics such as open-source and flexibility, has been widely applied in the emerging computing field. As a low-load collection, perception, and tuning framework on openEuler, oeAware urgently needs to be adapted to the RISC-V architecture to expand its application scenarios.
(2) Existing Work: oeAware has already achieved the functions of low-load collection, perception, and tuning on other architectures and has a complete plugin system and SDK interfaces.
(3) Existing Shortcomings: Currently, oeAware does not support the RISC-V architecture, which limits its application within the RISC-V ecosystem.
(4) Points for Improvement: Complete the code adaptation, dependency library porting, and function verification of oeAware under the RISC-V architecture.
(5) Final Project Objectives: Achieve the stable operation of oeAware on the RISC-V architecture and support the functions of various collection, perception, and tuning plugins.
